Establishment of a cross-border bicycle transport system in the area of Sátoraljaújhely, Zemplín and Viničky

Creating a public bicycle transport system that will help to improve connections between microregion centres and improve the throughput of the border area. The implemented public bicycle transport system will contain 8 bicycle rentals in the town of Sátoraljaújhely and one bicycle rental in each of the two villages of Zemplín and Viničky.

The aim of establishing an electronic bicycle rental system was to create an efficient and ecological alternative transport option between municipalities, expand the offer of means of transport, and reduce transport problems. The result of the implementation of the public bicycle transport system is the availability of bicycle transport between individual municipalities as an alternative to other means of transport at any time.
